Ecologic pizza

Going on with the ecologic italian food...

It´s really easy to have an organic pizza. Just a matter of the right elements to begin with and some oven. We tried with home made tomato sauce, vegetables, grated goat cheese, and the base, available in ecologic stores. These, plus virgin extra olive oil and 10 minutes of heat and that´s it. Specifically, for our 4 pizzas,  we needed the base, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, spinach, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, red peppers, basil, oregano, olive oil, cheese, meat and to dream of a healthy dessert, Vrai citroen yogourt. Don´t forget the wine, it´s the perfect touch!
