Apple and Raisins Muffins


Ingredients

150 grs Apple chunks sprayed with lemon juice
75 grs raisins soaked in lemon juice
115 grs all purpose Flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
140 grs Brown sugar
120 ml Whipping Cream
2 Eggs
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Prepare the Apple and raisins and let them  rest aside.

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder in a bowl. Add the cream, beaten eggs, vanilla extract and stir well until combined. Then include the fruit and prepare the muffins getting them into the oven. Bake 20 mins at 350ºF (180ºC).

Latest banana, oats and carrots muffin


This is the latest effort to do the dreamed muffin, one that is as organic as possible, easy to do, with vitamins  and, of course,  tasty… 

This time the result came closest to the dreamy one, so here are the ingredients:

3 bananas
100 grs shredded carrot
75 grs grounded almonds
120 grs oat flakes
120 grs oat bran
3 eggs
75 grs brown sugar
1 and ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla concentrate
60 ml milk
2 tsp lemon juice

The process to make them is as easy as usual, it is just mixing it all together, putting it into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 375ºF or 180ºC. And after that, 

time to enjoy…
