Lemon curd




Give it a try to this delicious sweet touch of lemony heaven. Put in a pan 3 eggs + 2 yolks, ½ cup of sugar (115 grs), ½ cup of lemon juice and the zest of 3 lemons. Stir well and put on medium to low heat  moving continuosly. When it becomes thick pass it through a strainer helping with a wood spoon and put it in a bowl. Add 50 grs of butter, cover with foil and the butter will melt. Mix it well and let rest in the fridge. That´s it!
